I want to customise my folder structure

The tree structure of your folders and subfolders depends on your employer’s instructions.
However, you can choose to change it to better suit your personal organisation.

You can then choose to :

  • Rename a folder or sub-folder
  • Delete a folder or sub-folder
  • Add a folder or sub-folder

Rename a folder or sub-folder from your computer:

  1. Click on “My documents”
  2. Click on the folder or sub-folder you want to rename
  3. Click on the “Rename Folder” button located above the list of your folders
  4. Enter the new name you want to give it
  5. Click on “Validate”

Rename a folder or a sub-folder from your mobile application:

  1. Click on the 3 small dots to the right of the folder
  2. Click on “Rename”
  3. Validate.

Delete a folder or sub-folder

  1. Click on “My documents”
  2. Click on the folder or sub-folder you wish to delete
  3. Click on the “Delete Folder” button located above the list of your folders
  4. A window will then appear to confirm the deletion of the folder. Click on “Validate”

Adding a folder or a sub-folder

  • Click on “My documents”
  • To add a folder :
    1. Click on the “Add a folder” button located above the list of your folders from your computer or on the + blue from your application
    2. Enter the name of the folder to be added
    3. Click on “Validate”
  • To add a sub-folder to a folder:
    1. Click on the folder in which you want to add a sub-folder
    2. Click on the “Add a sub-folder” button located above your folder list or on the blue + from your application
    3. Enter the name of the sub-folder to be added
    4. Click on “Validate”
