{"id":76688,"date":"2022-06-09T11:38:23","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T09:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myprimobox.com\/uncategorized\/i-cannot-find-the-document-i-need\/"},"modified":"2022-12-29T16:20:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-29T15:20:00","slug":"i-cannot-find-the-document-i-need","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myprimobox.com\/en\/navigating-your-space\/i-cannot-find-the-document-i-need\/","title":{"rendered":"I cannot find the document I need"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading auto_text=&#8221;yes&#8221; text_color=&#8221;color-846033&#8243; heading_semantic=&#8221;h1&#8243; text_size=&#8221;fontsize-190975&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;133610&#8243; text_color_type=&#8221;uncode-palette&#8221;]This is a custom heading element.[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;147622&#8243;]Your employer has uploaded a new document to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myprimobox.net\/\">personal myPrimobox space<\/a> but you cannot find it.<\/p>\n<p>From a <mark class=\"vert\">computer<\/mark> or from the <mark class=\"vert\">mobile app<\/mark>, there are 3 different ways to find your documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From the homepage of your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myprimobox.net\/\">myPrimobox space<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Using your folder tree structure<\/li>\n<li>Searching using the search bar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Finding a document from the myPrimobox homepage in your myPrimobox space<\/h2>\n<p>The latest documents added to your myPrimobox space and that you have not yet consulted are accessible from the <mark class=\"vert\">homepage<\/mark>.<br \/>\nIf your document is one of these 6, click on it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Finding a document using your folder tree structure<\/h2>\n<p>As you would obviously do with printed documents, your <mark class=\"vert\">paperless documents<\/mark> are also filed in folders (and if necessary sub-folders).<\/p>\n<p>All the documents that your employer sends you in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myprimobox.net\/\">myPrimobox space<\/a> are therefore filed in folders, using a predefined tree structure.<\/p>\n<p>To find a document from this tree structure, click <mark class=\"vert\">\u201cMy documents\u201d<\/mark>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-77354 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.myprimobox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Mes-documents.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"384\" height=\"718\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.myprimobox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Mes-documents.jpg 384w, https:\/\/www.myprimobox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Mes-documents-160x300.jpg 160w, https:\/\/www.myprimobox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Mes-documents-350x654.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The documents sent by your employer are contained in the folder which by default is given the <mark class=\"vert\">name of your company<\/mark>. Please note that your employer may have chosen a different folder name (geographical region, subsidiary name, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Click on the folder concerned, and if necessary on the appropriate sub-folder.<\/p>\n<p>Your documents are then displayed as a <mark class=\"vert\">list<\/mark>.<\/p>\n<p>To open the document you are looking for, click on it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The other folders in your tree structure (Insurance, Banking &#8211; Finance, etc.) will allow you to add your <mark class=\"vert\">own documents<\/mark> later on if you wish (invoices, tax notices, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>The tree structure of your folders and sub-folders is fully <mark class=\"vert\">customisable<\/mark>. We explain how to do so in this article.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Finding a document using the search bar<\/h2>\n<p>If the document you are looking for does not appear on the homepage of your myPrimobox space and you do not know in which folder it has been filed, you can perform a search.<\/p>\n<p>To do this, use the <mark class=\"vert\">search bar<\/mark> at the top of your screen.<\/p>\n<p>In this search bar, you can choose to enter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A word contained in the name of the document you are looking for: for example, \u201c<mark class=\"vert\">slip<\/mark>\u201d or \u201c<mark class=\"vert\">certificate<\/mark>\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>The word \u201c<mark class=\"vert\">pdf<\/mark>\u201d. This will allow you to view all the documents sent by your employer and contained in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myprimobox.net\/\">myPrimobox space<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then click \u201c<mark class=\"vert\">Search<\/mark>\u201d.
