You have 1 GB of space<\/mark> to add your invoices, tax notices, old pay slips, insurance contracts, etc.<\/p>\n

Note that your employer does not have access to your personal documents<\/strong>. Only you can view and access them.<\/p>\n

Adding a document from your computer<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Click \u201cAdd a document<\/mark>\u201d at the top of your screen<\/li>\n
  2. Select the document(s) you wish to add from your file explorer<\/li>\n
  3. Choose the folder in which you want the document(s) to be filed<\/li>\n
  4. Click \u201cSubmit<\/mark>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Adding a document from your mobile app<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Click a folder in which you wish to add a document<\/li>\n
    2. Click the blue \u201c+<\/mark>\u201d button<\/li>\n
    3. Choose to add a document or add a photo<\/li>\n
    4. Select your document. It is then added.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Deleting a document from your computer<\/h2>\n

      You can delete a document sent by your employer or a personal document that you have added to your myPrimobox space<\/a>.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Once you have found the document you wish to delete, check it in the list<\/li>\n
      2. Click the pencil icon at the top of the document list<\/li>\n
      3. Select \u201cDelete<\/mark>\u201d
        \n\"\"<\/li>\n
      4. Click \u201cSubmit<\/mark>\u201d
        \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Once deleted, the document goes into the recycle bin. To permanently delete it from your myPrimobox space, you can empty the recycle bin. This action cannot be undone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        To do this, click the \u201cRecycle bin<\/mark>\u201d button on the left of your screen, then the \u201cEmpty the trash<\/mark>\u201d button in the top right of your screen.<\/p>\n

        If you have placed a document in the recycle bin by mistake, you can also restore<\/mark> it by clicking the button below.<\/p>\n
