Indeed, our service, chosen by your employer, implies that you keep your myPrimobox space for life so you can store your documents as you wish.
Transfers of your data outside the European Union
We process your personal data on servers located in France, in the European Union. If Primobox decides to transfer this data to foreign servers outside the European Union, we undertake to inform you in advance in writing on the Primobox website. In this respect, we will take appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration or loss of your data or any unauthorised access to it.
How to exercise your rights

The Primobox premises (5 All. des Acacias, 33700 Mérignac) are placed under video surveillance for the purpose of personal and property security. Only authorized Primobox personnel (CEO and IT security managers) have access to the recorded images.
The data is deleted within one month of the date of recording.
